Digital Archiving and Marketing Operations
Every successful promotion starts with a strong visual archive. Our interns work hand-in-hand with the team to curate and organize high-quality photos and videos of our portfolio. This isn’t just about keeping records, these materials are the raw materials for our marketing campaigns. Specifically, marketing interns collaborate with team leads to drive three key tasks:
Copywriting: Crafting descriptions that are both professional and informative for our various listings.
Scheduling: Using management tools to keep our social media and listing updates on a consistent track.
Creative Support: Helping produce the kind of digital content that truly connects with future tenants and buyers.
Building Systems
A major part of our strategy at San Fun Group is replacing manual "busy work" with automated systems. We focus on using specialized software to smooth out two of the most important parts of the client journey:
Visit Bookings: Workflow is designed so that clients schedule property viewings easily through website, which helps our team leads manage their calendars and internal communication.
Rent Tracking: We are developing system to track lease durations and payments—an essential step for keeping our properties financially healthy.
To keep everything connected, we use Softr for our web development and Google Earth to build out our property databases. This gives us a clear view of every asset we hold across the city.
Envisioning New Assets
